This fishing rod display rack is a round shape freestanding style display. It can display 16 fishing rods at the same time. It is made of wood and metal.

Both the top and the base are made of wood, and the top is with custom graphic and brand logo. The base part are with die-cut holes to hold fishing rods. And it is rotatable. The middle body is made of metal frame with interchangeable PVC graphics, which get more attention from fishing lovers.

The color of the metal parts are powder-coated black, and the wood parts are painted black too. In order to protect the fishing rod, we added foam to the holder which is softer and safer.

Above is the fishing rod display rack we made of UGLY Stik, is a Pure Fishing brand known by anglers everywhere for rods, tools, and gear built to tackle the demands of tough fishing when things get a little ugly. Below is the process we made this fishing rod display rack.

First, the buyer Joanna contacted us and told us that they were looking for laminated fishing rod display rack. She wanted to show their brand logo on the display rack. They need this display rack to be rotatable. Our sales asked the specification of their fishing rods and confirmed the detail and then we sent her a rough drawing with dimensions and a 3D rendering.

Secondly, after the buyer confirmed the drawing, and we quoted factory price for sample and mass production. Before she placed a sample order (mass production order), we made the sample.

Thirdly, When the sample was finished, we assembled and tested the sample, and took photos and videos and arranged express for the sample to USA. After the sample was approved, we arranged the mass production.

At last, we assembled the fishing rod retail displays and arranged the shipment.
